The last few weeks in Joe's Valley have been pretty good to me. It is hard to be back in Utah Valley preparing my things for another weekend with the Marines. The change in pace is pretty drastic. For now the van life seems to be fitting me well. I've been enjoying the lazy mornings and the opportunity to climb a ton during the day. It has also been a fun experience to meet new people at the climbing areas and spend a few days in their company. Over the last two weeks I have seen a good progression in my outdoor climbing. It makes me want to train and climb harder than ever. I'm not sure exactly what the future holds for further exploits with The Van, but with the number of month left in service to the country down to three, I feel like some good possibilities are ahead.
